SGCN Cocktail Party and Dinner by the Pool

This dinner is for members of The Sleeter Group Network. Please join fellow members for a memorable evening. Purchase your ticket when you register for the event. You may purchase one guest ticket for the dinner as well.

On The Menu:
All dinner options are served with tableside wine service; salad; European style rolls and butter; dessert of the day; and freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, herbal tea, and iced tea.

Saltimbocca Chicken Breast
Stuffed with Prosciutto and Sage, Mascarpone Polenta, Roasted Asparagus and a Rich Chianti Sauce

Marinated Grilled Mahi Mahi
Spicy Fried Green Beans, Yucca Hash, Cilantro Pesto and Golden Pineapple Pepper Relish
